Are your tamales gluten free?

• Yes! Our tamales are naturally gluten free—made from masa (corn meal) and no wheat products added.

Do you use lard to make your masa?

• We do not use lard in any of our tamales because we offer vegan and vegetarian options. Instead, we use sustainably-sourced Spectrum organic vegetable-palm shortening.

Will you have seasonal specials?

• Yes! The plan is to have seasonal specials once we take off and get our footing with our 5 staple tamales.

Can you ship your tamales to me?

• No. Unfortunately, we cannot at this time ship out of state for legal regulatory reasons.

Can I find your tamales in local stores?

• Not yet! But we plan to expand to include wholesale accounts in the near future.

How does the ordering and pick up process work?

• We sell online exclusively and offer convenient weekly pick up at the UU Sunnyhill church parking lot in Mt. Lebanon, PA. You must preorder online as we cannot accept payment on site at this time.
