The tamale that brings together my two homes (Knoxville, TN and Pittsburgh, PA) : Y’all and Yinz is made with local ground beef and sausage from Goodness Grows Farm, buttermilk cheddar cheese from Sweetwater Valley Farm in TN, and yukon gold potatoes. Like all of our tamales, these come frozen in vacuum sealed two packs for easy reheating.
